About Dianne
Dianne Faye Manabat, MNSP is a Nutrition and Culinary arts professor. She developed the Body Transformation program based on the latest science research.
She finished her masters degree in Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, Boston Massachusetts and obtained a Diploma in Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu, Sydney. She also attended certificate courses from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts and Metabolic Precision in Melbourne Australia.
Dianne's work in metabolic disorders started as a quest for personal transformation after experiencing debilitating effects from stressful lifestyle and improper diet. After seeing doctors that were unable to provide long-term relief, she decided to undertake independent research and formal training from various institutions. Through her structured program and behavioral adjustments, she was able to correct her metabolic problem and went on to start her own center for metabolic programming and body transformation.
Unlike other programs that offer short-term solution to weight loss which can further exacerbate health problems, Dianne examines cases based on biochemical markers and prescribes personalized interventions to correct the underlying metabolic disorders. It is science-based with no gimmicks, fads, and fasting . Rather it aims to provide a systematic approach that trains the brain and the body to develop a natural instinct in proper food perception and physical movements.
